As hard as it is to drag oneself out of bed at 430 in the am, it is well worth the effort to check out the fresh produce markets. Any fresher and we would be at the farm gates waiting for them to pick the vegetables! Its amazing what you can create with delicious ingredients, some good olive oil and a hot grill plate. What better way to enjoy an evening then with a few friends, some delicious antipasto and a nice glass of vino to wash it down with.
